Rules of the contest
Who can register? The contest is open to all secondary schools in Belgium. Each secondary school can only enter the contest once. Participation in the contest is free.
Who can vote? Each physical person may only support once an establishment and must be 18 years or older. If several entries are detected, only the first one will be considered as a valid entry. Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Article 1 - Organizer
This contest is brought to you by Coddy (here, the "organizer") whose registered office is located at 36 Avenue de Tervueren 1040 Etterbeek (Belgium), and is accessible via the Coddy website (www.coddygames.com) from 1 February to 28 February 2023.
Article 2 - Duration and conditions of access to the contest
2.1 Duration :
Participation in this contest is open on the page (contest.coddygames.com) from 01 February 2023 00:01 to 28 February 2023 23:59 (as per Belgian connection dates and times).
2.2 Conditions of access to the contest :
The contest is open to all secondary schools in Belgium. Each secondary school may only enter the contest once. Each natural person may only support one school once and must be 18 years of age or older. If several entries are detected, only the first one will be considered as a valid entry. Participation in the contest is free of charge.
Article 3 – Terms of the contest
The contest takes place on the website contest.coddygames.com. To take part in the contest, the entire contest (registration and support of a school) must have been carried out via contest.coddygames.com, and you must provide your details (e-mail address) to support a school for the contest.
Participation in the contest implies acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
The prize is not transferable and goes to the winning secondary schools in Belgium.
Article 4 – Winners and prizes
There will be 10 prizes to be won including 1 school outing for 1 class of up to 30 pupils worth up to €272 (including VAT). The 10 people closest to the subsidiary question will win.
The winners will be drawn on 8/03/2023 from all the schools entered.
Article 5 – Description and delivery of the lot
The prize consists of 10 lots to be won including 1 school trip for 1 class of up to 30 students worth up to €272 (including VAT).
The winning schools will be contacted by email by the Sales team. The winners must respond within 14 calendar days by email to philippine@coddygames.com. Otherwise, another winner will be drawn and contacted.
Article 6 – Modification of the contest
The organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or obligation to justify its decision, to shorten, extend, postpone or cancel the contest, as well as to modify all or part of the conditions of access and/or the terms of implementation of the contest, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, without it being held liable or being able to claim any compensation as a result.
If changes are made to the rules, they will be indicated on https://contest.coddygames.com/en/rules.
Article 7 – Personal data
The organizer processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The organizer shall ensure that the processing of your personal data is carried out in an appropriate and relevant manner and is limited to the purposes for which the data was collected. This data will be kept until 31/05/2023. Damages resulting from the use of the participant's personal data by unauthorized persons can in no way be passed on to the organizer, if he has taken all the necessary security measures that can reasonably be expected of him.
Article 8 – Disputes
All disputes concerning the application of these rules will be dealt with by the jury independently. In this case, it is sufficient to send an e-mail with the complaint to hello@coddygames.com.
